I love this boxing reflex ball kit and have become addicted! It's so much fun and can become a great workout tool. I like that the kit contains three levels of foam balls, all with their own elastic string and lobster clasp. This makes changing from one level ball to another a snap. I highly recommend this product for all age groups.

Bought this for myself to train and have a little fun at home since we are all staying in. Its a very fun toy to have and also it gives you a great work out. I thought I had great hand and eye coordination but this reflex ball proved me wrong. Got hit in the face and chest a bunch of times but the ball is soft so it really doesn't hurt. My 7 yr old daughter also tried it and got hit couple times and she was fine so it's kid friendly also. Its easy to set up and only takes a minute to get the distance right. This would be a great gift for children and adults and kids to kill time and do a little exercise at the same time.

I work with special needs kids, and the kids who I see enjoy the Boxing Reflex Ball. I would purchase this item again and recommend it to all my family, friends, co-workers, parents, etc. Thank you.

I’m starting off with three stars simply because it’s not as easy as one might think.. I will give a caveat, though, because I have fairly poor eyesight, so this might be easier for others than for myself. I can’t over emphasize, starting slow! Don’t try to belt the ball. You’ll have much more fun and be much more accurate if you start very slowly and get your muscle memory going. start with the spongy ball and then you work your way up to the harder ones. I could see where this would be an excellent martial arts supplement, as it teaches both timing and accuracy, and can also be an aid in practicing with your bobbing and weaving when the ball comes to hit you in the head. You do have to adjust the elastic for your height, so it might be a little interesting going from one person to another in rapid succession, but they do give you multiple strings so maybe that’s how you deal with that which would take a while too (you’ll understand when you have to put it together). So right, there would be probably my biggest critique. The company should have a quick way of altering the length of the elastic string so that people could pass it back-and-forth and have a try without having to jump through a bunch of hoops. If you’re all similar height, that wouldn’t matter. If you’re watching the videos, I would say don’t set yourself up for a disappointment and think that you’re going to bash that thing around like those guys are. I’d be completely surprised if that were the case, but you might certainly do better than myself because I’m basically doing it with one eye at a time! No, I’m not blind in one eye, but my eyes don’t track so my depth perception suffers. Before you think, I’m probably a sorry case, I have done quite well surfing in my life, and other sports, like water skiing, and snow skiing. Not so much with ball sports like basketball or baseball. Anyway, I could see how you could get hooked on this, especially as you progress. I really haven’t put much work into it yet, but might start doing it now that I am sidelined after my hernia operation.

Started with yellow ball and moved straight to boxers ball as it was heavier. At first very tricky but with concentration you can get your timing going. Fantastic tool for hand/eye co-ordination. Great value for what you get out of it. I see this as being useful for a lot of sports, not only boxing and martial arts.

Kind of a waste of money but if you want it this is a good quality. Not easy to do and also not great for adjusting sizes easily.
