Q: Is this filter safe for the camera to photograph sun eclipse?

It worked fine with my Nikon COOLPIXP1000. I was able to photograph/film safely without damaging the sensor. No eclipse, just daily sun.

Q: How to focus with this filter? I put this on my Fuji 16-55mm F2.8 and X-T1 and tried to manual focus with it but images are not in focus.

I would focus on distant object first- then gaffer tap the focus and then put on the solar filter. Don’t use duct tape as that leaves residue on the lens - only use good gaffer tape available on Amazon. Also gaffer tape the focal length zoom ring too. Suggest you look at hyper focal tables on Photopills (good tutorials on this topic to better understand what distance range will be in focus)

Q: do the filters have ISO 12312-2:2015 certification?

It’s not intended to be a solar filter for your eyes, so it’s unlikely that the particular certification is applicable.
