I've bought Sensu 9-in-1 Foam Roller Set at Amazon and I would like to say that it's great and provides a large variety of uses. I am a Pilates personal trainer and I use this every day in my work. I recommend The foam roller to my friends and acquaintances. This is truly a worthwhile purchase. In addition, the quality of each item is fantastic and the value is amazing.

These provide a great mix of roller muscle relief. I wish the larger one was a bit longer, I find it difficult to get into position because the length is a bit short. But it is a trade for portability. The hard rubber ball is perfect for my poor feet.

After knee replacement I ordered this to supplement my physical therapy. Amazing! The roller balls fit into my bag and can go with me anywhere. This is really speeding up my recovery

I bought it for the foam roller and peanut lacross ball. I'm working on thorasic mobility. Everything else was bonus but together this kit allows me to do all my PT at home. The foam roller is sturdy and plenty large enough. The black spike ball is amazing on feet. Very happy with this purchase.

I am SO thrilled with my Sensu Foam Roller Set. The massage stick allows me to really get at my calves, where I struggle to apply enough pressure on my own with a traditional foam roller. The lacrosse ball is just the right density to get deep pressure on the soles of my feet - which is now part of my bedtime routine to reduce stiffness and pain in the morning due to plantar fasciitis. Plus - the peanut ball is perfect for my relaxing my neck! I was pleasantly surprised to find that the carrying case really does have enough space to repack it easily and a carrying strap so I can take it to the gym with me. Overall, the quality of each item is fantastic and the value is amazing.

I purchased the Sensu Foam Roller set via Amazon last week and the set arrived promptly within 2-3 days. The Sensu Foam Roller set is fantastic and provides a large variety of uses. It is extremely versatile for stretching, rolling, back and neck exercises all which relieve stiff and saw muscles. I travel a lot for work so the smaller balls are easy to put in a small carry on suitcase and when not travelling I sit at a desk on a computer 10-12hrs a day, so I use all of these every 1-2 hours to stretch and take pressure off my lower back and hips. I am very happy with the purchase especially for the price

I recently received this foam roller set and my wife and I love this. This is the first time either of us had tried foam rolling and we are really enjoying it so far. Each part of the set has its own little use, but we find the peanut ball is especially unique and effective.
