This is one of the few antihistamine and cough medicines that works for me. It doesn't make me sleepy either.

Only have to take 1 every 6 hours does not have Tylenol in it, you can take your Tylenol when you want it.

Works just the same as the brand name version for me. Has the same active and inactive ingredients. Pills are even the same color and packaged in blister packs exactly alike except for the printing on the back. If you like one, you're pretty sure to like the other. However, if you don't find that one works or have trouble with some "inactive" ingredient, there's little to no chance you'll be happy with the other either.
