Excellent product fantastic taste
For a green, free lifestyle or paleo lifestyle, this is fantastic Pizza dough. I highly suggested it's good tasting easy to use in good quality, well worth the money, the texture is the closest to Pizza dough. That I have found

Very tasty & easy to make
I am on a low glycemic food plan. I don’t do breads, sugars or dairy of any kind. This makes a delicious pizza crust that I can make a great pizza without cheese! Easy to mix up. I’ve served the pizza at many parties & folks love them!

I like it.
I think it is pretty good for not real pizza dough. I have no allergies or food restrictions but I do try to avoid seed oils and flour. The crust is neither strong or light in flavor. It is slightly nutty (flax maybe) but you cannot taste the cauliflower. I rolled it out between wax paper and it was no mess this way. With the addition of oil the total calorie count for the whole package is 1560 Kcal. After adding toppings that changes and I ate half and felt like I ate too much. Next time maybe I would only make half the package. I think it is best to think of this as its own food because the flour lovers will never be able to comprehend.

Great almond flour pizza mix
I tried this almond flour pizza dough mix as a gluten-free option and was really pleased with the results. It was easy to prepare and baked evenly with a good texture.

Pretty good, not perfect.
We are having a snow storm with power outages expected. So what do we do on our snow-night in? Make a pizza from "scratch!" Had to be my favorite, pepperoni, black olives, and onion. Followed the directions and it came out pretty good. A little dry around the edges, a little mushy in the rest, and it's missing that classic chew of dough, but not bad. I can come up with uses for this (someone mentioned quiche crust and that would be perfect), but I would probably use a premade dough (Against the Grain has the best chew, but is very rich) like Caulipower (go-to) just for ease of use. But I will keep a box on hand for sure. I used the tray that came with my toaster oven, I think it's around 8"x12". Worth a try if you need grain-free. Edit: I just reheated (in the oven, not the microwave) the 3 leftover slices. I literally had to scoop it off the tray with a spoon. Total mush. Took it from not bad I'll try it again to a hard nope. Knocked it down a star. Sorry Simple Mills, this one fails.

Tastes like a yummy pizza crust, just the right amount of crisp and a tiny bit of dough softness. SO happy to enjoy a pizza again that is Grain Free and Gluten free and NO weird-o chemicals! Yay! Keep it going Simple Mills!!

Love this product, shame it's so expensive as I'd buy it often. I understand it needs to be at higher price compared to other mainstream pizza bases to maintain its quality and as it contains almonds etc. but I do wonder how much margin is added and if this was to be different how much it would increase sales.

Really easy & tastie. Shame it’s a bit pricey £13.95 includes p&p for 2 pizza bases. Make it more affordable and I’d get it all the time.

I used to buy another wheat-free flour but unfortunately it’s out of stock for quite a while so decided to give this a try. This flour costs an arm and a leg and I expected something decent. However, it tasted awkward, like oily cookie with pizza topping, ended up in the bin…
