Hold Tight: A Suspense Thriller

Hold Tight is every bit the suspense thriller its advertised as. A tightly wound plot with a myriad of characters which all may seem unrelated at first until the threads keep pulling tighter. A truly suspenseful read with a conclusion you will be hard pressed to guess beforehand. The author's attention to all his characters give this tale the realism needed to keep you on the edge of your seat. I love books that blend an ingenious story with heart-felt characters and moments of quiet poignancy. I will be back for more.

This book approaches a great topic.. spying on your kids. Is it okay to do, how much is okay, is it worth it? How do you save your kid when you don’t know what’s wrong ? Definitely drew me in ! There are a lot of stories going on at once, and at first I got a little lost with the abrupt changes but I soon got my bearings and enjoyed all the different POV and stories going on. The story is faced paced and definitely a page turner. There is a lot to keep your interest. The ending however to me at least was a little let down. I was hoping for a better twist, but I still enjoyed all of the book.

This book is full of twist and turns that you cannot predict. The people are all likable, except the bad guys, their stories are happy and sad but, with an ending that blends all together. A true page turner and a 5 star read you won’t want to miss.

WOW! Can’t recommend it enoughThis novel has so many plots and sub plots you don’t know up from down. The story flows so seamlessly you don’t realize the importance until staring you in the face. I rushed through reading I probably missed a lot.I’ll probably reread it many times.

This was my first book from this author. I agree with another reviewer that there was just too many characters and hard to keep the names straight. It was a bit confusing to figure out how they are connected and why and when you figure it out, you still say why. . There were interesting parts but interspersed with some pretty boring content.

Although this book did capture my attention in a way, it seemed too fantastical to even pretend it was true. Too many untoward things happening in intertwined characters. I usually love this author, so I feel a bit let down by this one.

This one like all his books starts with a BANG & keeps going. So many different characters you never sure if your reading 2 stories or one lol Harlan C. always manages to intwine 2 different stories into 1 that's what makes his books great. Twists without being too much or too unbelievable. Parents trying to save their son from being a teenager & becoming an adult. teenagers are making more adult decisions than we realize & can't hold on 4eva

Didn't know if I would love or hate this book, but as the title of the review indicated, I loved this book, literally could not put it down

面白かったのですが、ちょっと内容が重くて暗い。それに、こんな殺人動機があるのかなとも思いましたが、現実はもっと進んでいるようですね。 マーロンシリーズの様な、もう少し軽めのものがよみたいなぁ
