This arcade system is the coolest thing.. 10 year old grand kids love playing it .. It has several games that they love to play.. All their friends think it is so awesome.. Also it looks so good... daughter assembled in it in no time at all , super easy .. a great gift for gamers

I was very anxious to get this... Delivery was super fast, and it is everything I thought it would be. It's awesome.. it took me about 45 minutes to assemble, and it looks and operates great (exactly like the real thing only 1/3 smaller). It did arrive with a couple of scratches and a small chip but i don't care about that, I'm just happy to have it and for $199.99 you will not hear any complaints from me.. I am definitely going to be getting another game.

Bought this machine in early April. It died after ONE match of Mortal Kombat. Cracking/popping noises from the cabinet and a black screen. A common issue, I've learned from reading help forums. I reached out to Arcade1Up to get this fixed. It took over a month due to covid for the replacement part to ship. Fine. Understandable. But it was the wrong part. I contact their customer support again. Let them know about the issue. They then take a month and a half to send the next part. Guess what? WRONG PART AGAIN. Realize this: they make you take photos of your issues so they can see what's going on. I took a photo of two completely different circuit boards to show them they sent me the wrong circuit board. They then sent me a ribbon cable instead of the correct circuit board, and it's the same one I already had in the machine that worked. Useless. Buy at your own risk.

We just got the machine a few days ago, but we rally like it! We bought it because we bought the Galaga game & loved it! So my husband wanted another. It was delivered on time, easy to put together (even for someone who isn’t good with that stuff) & we are having fun playing it! Without the riser, it needs a chair.

Arrived super quick.. almost a week before est delivery time. Install was easy and all holes aligned perfectly etc. All parts were there. Machine works great. Also a good deal at 200 as Walmart and other sellers are 220+. I highly recommend! (Edit: I now see price went up to 300. I must have gotten a black Friday deal. You can find for 220 elsewhere but all in all still a great product!)

3 1/2 stars. This is my 3rd A1U, and this unit has a perfect group of games, with MK 1,2, & 3. Side art with Raiden looks great from the MK II cabinet. Make sure to look up the EJB menu to unlock extra characters in MK 3 and lower the difficulty. This package got “lost” in the mail, but amazon was quick to refund, and I found it locally. My only gripe is that the stock buttons and joysticks are pretty poor, and I will be replacing those very shortly, had they put better controls in this would be a five star cabinet. A1U should put better stock buttons and joysticks in all cabinets going forward. Otherwise this is one of my favorites that they’ve released so far.

Get product well built, love thy both kids and us adults can play it. Takes a good beating from the kids and it’s still kicking. The graphics are actually really good.
