Portable Universal Pickup, Clip-on Vocal Pickup Microphone for Instruments

I needed a device to get a signal from my cello into a stomp box style tuner. This is a piezoelectric transducer so it can directly plug in to the tuner, no bias voltage or special preamp needed. In some locations on my instrument it will buzz when certain notes are played. I've run it's signal through headphones as a monitor and could certainly hear what I was playing, but the tone is not too flattering. No way I would record with it, but since it would work so easily with a portable amp I could see using it live and getting by.

Ordered this to give some volume to my 3 string guitar. Haven't found the sweet spot yet for placement so I don't know how well it works.

Turn any instrument into a an amplifier wonder….if it has a headstock- you can plug into an amp and become a stadium rocker- even with a soprano ukulele or mandolin.

For what I paid for this clip on mic, I was pleasantly surprised. Will be getting a lot of use out of it with my acoustic guitar.

Works very well because it only reacts to your instrument when attached

I wanted a way to easily connect my ukulele to my iPad. This microphone clips on and picks up the sound great. I'm not trying to record with it, but it works great with apps.

I just clipped this little gadget onto the headstock of my Ukulele, plugged it into a medium size (can't remember the watts) that I used for a guitar, and the sound was terrific. I'm impressed.
