One of the greatest BL manga ever...
I really love this author, and recommend all her other works as well. She writes with such a broad brush, her backgrounds span from fantasy to drama to mystery to romance, all brilliantly done. I am very happy to have been able to buy her work in the U.S. My only complaint is that the pages of the book, printed in America I see, began peeling loose from the bottom spine by the time I finished the first reading. Manga is often well-loved and re-read many times. Have some pride in your work, people! My other extensive collection of manga, often printed in Japan, China and Canada never had this problem. Also I just got "Hachimitsu Darling" which I am thrilled to have, and the paper is curling up. It is printed in America too. Respect The Manga! It is going to be loved and cuddled and paged over lots! Use quality material and do it properly! I am sorry for my rant. Thank you for listening. (Oh, and spend five minutes in Photoshop to enlarge the smallest fonts. No need to force the reader to buy a magnifying glass.) I am done now. I hate when people complain about stuff. ;)P.S. I think I will buy a second copy, as back-up. Once the first printing is gone of a manga, you sometimes must pay as much as sixty or a hundred dollars to get another. Maybe I won't get a lemon.

Hilarious, Explicit and Kindle-Friendly
I discovered this manga, b/c I had been searching for other kindle offerings from SuBLime publishing. That's because I have become a fan of their digital offerings since they are so kindle friendly (bold print, zoomed in manga pages, and additional zoom capabilities to one quarter of the panel). I've downloaded other manga onto my kindle, and I've usually had to deal with faded lettering, difficult to decipher panels (b/c the drawings are too fine or the words are too small). At first, I wasn't sure that I'd like the story, since I wasn't really into super natural romance. However, this was such a nice surprise. The characters are quirky, carry baggage, but lovable. Although there are some weighty parts to the story, overall it an enjoyable and hilarious read. I especially love the panels when we see the chibis (I hope that's the correct use of this term) or mini-versions of the characters. And this didn't disappoint with the love scenes, where body weren't whited out (as I found with one manga) or strategically covered. I hope that there are other offerings from SuBLime by this mangaka in the future on kindle.

Love this story
This artist is a really good one; beautiful art. I enjoy their art and the pacing of the story. I do wish this one was longer. A second volume would help flush out the character development (since it felt a tad bit rushed). I did enjoy what was there through.

amazing single-volume piece! absolutely love it!
I seriously love this volume! While it does have a few flaws (such as in the way it rather hurriedly handles child abuse) it is overall an excellent read, managing to be both funny and serious (but mostly funny). While it does have quite a lot of sex (almost every chapter?) it also has serious discussions about consent and relationships, which puts it far and above most single volume yaoi manga, and way in the lead of any anthology. And to be clear, this is not an anthology, so the entire volume is dedicated to developing one story and set of characters.Reading this, you don't feel like the manga-ka is just trying to get her characters into best as fast as possible, but actually telling a story with ghosts, demonic possessions, and some very interesting werewolf lore.

Really Good
This was my first ever yaoi manga i read. I was so impressed and interested that i started buying and collecting more yaoi manga. I loved the relationship the characters had for each other. It was sweet and developing . The story itself was interesting and original. It was a great yaoi to start out with

Sweet and Funny too!
The artwork was fantastic. I was totally thrilled by the story in this yaoi too! As a fangirl of pets anyways it was heart warming to see the subtle kindness and the budding romance of the couple, The older brother { Jiro } was a hoot too, and the end of the story was rewarding and hilarious too. It was a beautifully told and drawn work, well worth the read!!! I proclaim it Both Sweet and Funny too! great stuff overall!

Most pleased with this one.
Having read both digital and print releases from SuBLIme, I have to say I am very pleased. More so when it is so hard to survive in the license Yaoi industry. Remember Blu, bebeautiful, kitimedia, aurora etc. Three Wolves I believe is SuBLIme first print release. It may be pricey compared to others with discount on Amazon but I am willing to pay to support this Yaoi publisher. It is also this unique mangaka's second licensed release in English and for that alone it is a must buy for me. I love shapeshifter Yaoi. There is something just very sexy about a werewolf/weredog having sex with a human when expressed in art form. The pointed ears, the long, swishing and bushy tail, the pointed nails.. Oh yes definitely erotic and these are of course in this Yaoi. For once we also have what I called real werewolves too. Taro and their mother with wolves heads on humans bodies really add more credibility to the tale. Great supernatural plots here too, with a young man who guards a cemetery at night but a proper eatery owner by day, vengeful ghosts, possession and a little werewolf healing/banishing magic. And what is there not to love of a uke who turned seme. lol.

Good read, probably would be better as a series
Art was cuter than expected and im a sucker for creature x human stories. It was funny and dramatic but also moved too fast? Seemed rushed?
