It does not taste good, get over it.
Like a lot of things that are good for you, (health wise) don't always agree with the taste buds. I can tell on many levels this stuff does as advertised. I mix it into my shakes or into my tea. Frankly, just put it in a half cup of warm water ( to make it dissolve a bit) and guzzle. Takes 5 seconds, you're worth it!! Yea it does taste like dirt, in a sense. The results outweigh the flavor.

As others have stated it tastes like dirt. Mix with a small glass of water and down it fast. Nasty tasting medicine.

DO NOT USE for blood suger levels
Product arrived as stated. I bought it to help control my glucose, as I read online and many a website that it would help. Well after 3 months, no effect. I increase dosage to 1 teaspoon am and PM and nothing to eat before it in AM and nothing to eat after in evening. No complaints about item description, but it didn't work for me or else product was not pure. Give it 4 stars as it isn't adverted to low blood sugar, but packaging claim it will maintain healthy blood sugar levels - NOT!

Gritty stuff
They should not buy this product unless the’ll take the risk of ingesting grounded stones or metal? Just recently started using it 3rd time today actually. I got concern as I keep feeling I’m eating grounded stones or metal? They feel so gritty and has sound whenever I get to consume the bottom of the mixture.
