Q: Has anyone ever machine washed these shoes and did they come apart? Please elaborate on your answer.

I have machine washed them more times than I can count and nothing has come apart.

What I would say generally is that I would look for this Skechers Go Walk 5 shoe in the mens shoes section. Type in the name and style of this shoe in mens shoes and also add your shoe size it should come up on the screen if they have it. I have several styles and colors of mens Skechers Go Walk 5 and I really love this shoe, so comfortable and lite on the feet!

Q: I am a Massage Therapist looking for good shoes that will support my work. Would these do the job?

They felt really good when I first bought them. I still use them not quite daily, but two or three times a week and walk about 3 miles per day when wearing. The insole is starting to breakdown slowly, I'm a pretty big guy, over 6 feet tall and just under 230lbs so I know I beat them up pretty well. I would still recommend them as they have lasted for about 6 or 7 months so far.

Yes, they are very breathable. my only minor issue with them is that they are so breathable that they are just a bit loose on the top. But don't get me wrong, they are still great shoes. I just like my walking shoes to be a bit tighter on the top. I still use them to walk for miles as exercise and when my work returns, I'll be using the for work all the time.
