Herschel Eighteen Waist Pack

High quality bag, looks great. Too large to be worn on the waist, but works nicely as a small shoulder bag. Bought this to wear into Disneyland, held all my stuff plus more (sunglasses, large water bottle, wallet, keys, etc.).Too small to hold a jacket, but big enough to hold small valuables - great for cyclists.Pockets in front are too small, practically useless but add a nice detail. You could probably fit keys or something in there, but they are hard to zip.Overall nice little bag.

Pleasantly surprised by this bag. Bigger than I expected, but very cute. Roomy. Long straps. And very cute candy striped red and white interior that I love. As others have noted, the front pockets are problem because the flapi impedes easy access and makes it difficult to zip and unzip. I cheated and cut the flaps, and it works great now.

A lot of space! the only thing is the 2 front pockets don't really work. the zippers are extremely hard to get open. its ok though because the bag it self has a lot of space. it might be too big for some people.

I've owned the Herschel Seventeen, and somehow lost that. So instead of replacing it, I decided to upgrade. I'm happy with the upgrade. The big thing I miss from the Seventeen though, is that it had a clip inside the bag for your keys. I use this mainly for when I don't want to carry alot when I'm rollerblading, hiking, or out on a photoshoot.Positives:It is VERY spacious. I'm able to fit in a small moleskin, 20 oz water bottle, small gorillapod, and miscellaneous items in the main compartment. I usually put almonds in one of the front pockets, and a battery pack+cord for my phone in the other. There are straps to tighten it on the sides and bottom of the bag. For the sides, I've added Energizer LED lamps to light my way during night hikes and rollerblading. The bottom straps I use for my Gorillapod SLR-Zoom [the bigger gorillapod]. I like how it fits comfortably around my torso as a sling bag. I've never used it as a hip bag.Negatives:There is no clip inside the main compartment for your keys. The leather zipper pulls look very likely to fall off. I knew this before purchasing the bag though, and have since replaced them with my own leather pulls, with brass anchor charms for a more nautical theme. Some people say the front pockets are too small to fit anything....I've found good uses for them personally. The buckle and main strap does not sit well...I don't understand why it was designed that way. Buckles have existed for many many years, yet the design they went with will either lengthen the strap overtime or give you loose extraneous straps flapping around your chest.With that said, I really do enjoy this bag. The shortcomings can be overcome with some creative thinking. It's style and usefulness is what makes me take it with me on a regular basis.

This is my 4/5th piece of Herschel Supply Co and they ALL do not disappoint. Purchased this for a trip abroad as an alternative to some of my larger bookbags. As I wear this waist pack either across my chest or back, I did fear that someone would be able to easily get into the smaller pockets... but as it's slightly challenging getting into the front pockets due to the flap, I'm curious whether that was on purpose. I do wish there was a way to strap a water bottle to it, however, a canteen with a carabiner clip would also do the trick. Solid buy and I see me bringing this on every trip now.

It’s very nice, I haven’t used it yet. I plan on wearing it while I walk/work around my yard. It’s very BIG!! I’ve seen some people say they used other Fannie packs from Herschel as camera bags. This one can be used as a camera bag FOR SURE!! It’s HUGE!! I also purchased the 17 from Herschel and that one is big enough for what I want.

Overall the bag is well made and fits comfortably. It is large enough to hold lots of things (including my water bottle) without feeling super bulky. That makes it great for hiking, travel and long walks.I would have given it five stars across the board, but the front two pockets are basically useless. It’s a struggle to unzip them. I have to take the bag completely off to do so rendering the pockets useless. If you want to store something in those front pockets that you know you won’t need to access, the pockets will be great. If you won’t use or need those pockets, then this bag may just be perfect for you.I wear the bag while cycling and it works great.

I use it for work mostly i have to carry a lot of stuff around for sketches or messurements, took it to Disneyland and it was a great day bag for the parks lots of storage space for snacks, phone, wallet, external battery, has lots of space fits an IPAD perfectly too ... Herschel its great quality and im really happy with my bag

Super fast delivery, the materiel is dope, not heavy but solide, a lot of space in the main pocket, the front pockets are easy to open, perfect for phone charger, batterie, knife etc.. fit perfectly on your chest or waist

This bag is everything. Lots of space for your stuff. Good quality and a genuine Herschel. The pockets in the front are a bit hard to get into but I find that a good thing to keep people out of them when I wear if across my back! I look at it as a good thing. Also, it doesn’t have a “hook” to secure your stuff like keys and such. Over all it is all I wanted in a hip pack! Thanks for the excellent hip pack!

Si bien es casi que imposible utilizar las bolsas del frente, el tamaño del compartimento principal es más que suficiente.Quiero imaginar que al lavarla, las bolsas pequeñas se pueden suavizar un poco, pero si no es así al ser de difícil acceso son útiles para guardar cosas de valor.

Las fotografías no permiten dimensionar de manera adecuada el tamaño, le cabe de todo, super cómoda, y al precio que adquirí, toda una ganga... material de primera y acabados de calidad...
