We were so excited to get this vertical rotisserie and the first time we used it was amazing. We planned to use it again but when we went to start the machine, the attachments to hold the gas line were warped and the item is now worthless.

I have ordered the first one and it didn’t work. Then I ordered a second one, the second one also didn’t work. The gas connector won’t connect. It’s one of the worst products I have ever bought from Amazon.

Bought fall of 2020 and just put away for the season without checking it. Big mistake. Threading on gas pipe on machine is bad and will not allow a tight fit for hose to propane tank causing a fire/explosion hazard. Return window closed so now I'm stuck with a useless piece of equipment. Enjoy my money and everyone else's as this appears to be an ongoing problem.
