I bought it for a ski trip but it arrived a little late - so I didnt get to use it then - but I am not sure it will bewarm enough for winter in Colorado ! But I am amazed at how the reflective liner reflects the warmth back at you!! but I am not sure if the insulation value would be enough to stop the wind on a ski lift??

Excellent Omni heat protection which looks like aluminum foil in the inside lining, but it actually works and then combination with a couple more layers besides a really good thick hoodie underneath You're more than good to tackle extreme weather conditions as low as 20° or lower down to 0° f, easy to clean and wash and dry basically just hang it to dry, jacket is extremely light and thin but regardless hands down amazing technology with have to wait of most winter jackets.
