Our family fell in love with Pasteis de Nata when we traveled to Portugal. We tried making them at home with traditional muffin pans and custard cups but they simply didn't turn out very well. I decided to purchase actual baking tins for this purpose and it has made all the difference. Now we can enjoy these tasty treats the traditional way!

The size is perfect for pasteis de nata. I didn’t add any butter or oil and they came out of the mold super easily. This will also be perfect for mini fruit tarts!! Also you get many, such a good deal!!

Bought these to make Portuguese custard tarts and they are too small. They were sturdy and easy to fill with the dough, however because they are so small you cannot put a lot of the custard filling and when they cook they are too dry. I still give a 4 starts because they will work dor other purposes such as mini tarts, muffins, etc, just would not recommend for pasteis de nata.

I finally got to use these and they are perfect for my needs. I used a simple box mix to make little corn bread muffins. All I did was spray a little oil in each cup, spread it thoroughly, dropped a dollop of dough in each cup and bake... using half the time called for by the recipe. As you can see they came out without a hitch.

This is my second purchase. I use this to make egg tars and they are perfect. Super easy to clean and can be used for other dessert as well!

I bought these to make Portuguese egg tarts. I should have invested in some that were a little nicer because after using these once, I'm not really encouraged to bake with them again. Lightweight, hard to get whatever you're making out of it, but for something cheap and plenty of they aren't bad. I think next time I'd go with the tart molds that are edged and angled with divots so that the egg tart is easier to get out without breaking.

These work great for tarts. There is a perfect inseam crease that would do best to wash with a scrubbing brush. Wish the set came with one. Other than that, they are just as advertised.

These are aluminium. They are not non stick. They are not dishwasher safe. Tarts stick terribly. I’m worried about the health risk of aluminium cookware. I regret this purchase.

Excellent quality tins, perfect for making mini quiches or tarts. They need to be hand washed to maintain the finish, but that’s standard for these type of aluminium tins. It’s great to have access to baking supplies that don’t have any non stick coatings as those are toxic to my pet birds!
