This product is not very good. My 6 year old accidently dropped it from the couch (less than 2 feet) and the power and volume buttons fell out. Then later on he tried to plug the charger into the tablet and it broke off in the slot. Not good quality at all. Very unsatisfying.

Seems great at first, it's got a great kid launcher plus standard android so you can do all the things you need to do. The tablet has a great kid-friendly build, you won't need a case BUT it doesn't have any sort of stand AND it gets so hot so quick and starts to become unresponsive.It's still usable, but I do have concerns that it will just be another dusty unused tablet with the kids fighting over the Samsung Tab A we got for free from ATT on promotion. At least this thing is better than a Kindle fire which I absolutely despise.

This seemed like a great little tablet until it went into emergency cool down mode and the screen cracked internally not once, but twice with two separate tablets. I am so upset as these were a gift for all three or my kids and now we have to return them.

This product came exactly as it is stated in the description.The tablet has a lot of memory and can run the apps that my daughter likes.It is a well built tablet and has already survived a fall from about 4 feet.The only downside is that it takes a few to download and install new apps, but other than that we are very happy with it!I'd recommend this tablet for anyone with young toddlers!

Battery life isnt that great and i hate that you cant get a case protector because of the way its made. I bought two of these for my kids and now they are both broken so this was literally a waste of money for me. After about two weeks the tablets started acting weird anyway like they were about to stop working.

Terrible product battery sucked and broke with the first fall messaged them about a replacement and nope

The tablet is great for your childs first tablet and has many educational games already loaded. The battery life is not as long as it says and it overheats and powers off every so often and we have only had the tablet about one or two weeks.

I got this as a gift for my nephew. I added some other learning apps for him. And he actually loves the part when I help him out on his tracing the alphabet and his numbers.

The good:The kids’ case is tough and it is a lovely looking tablet, and easy to use. While the handbook isn’t very helpful (tells you what the features are without much guidance on how to use them) the tablet itself is easy to navigate. Google classroom works very well on it, which is one of the main reasons we bought this tablet. Netflix and Disney+ also work well and the screen/display quality is great.The bad:We bought two of the fusion5 kids tablets, one in pink and one in blue. The pink one is working fine, but the blue one overheats really quickly. Only gave this to our daughter yesterday teatime and already we have had warnings about overheating and the tablet has shut down twice. Battery life is also not great, lasting only a couple of hours, and the blue one takes longer to charge than the pink one, which is strange. As the overheating occurs when playing games and not (so far) while using google classroom or netflix etc. we will give it a couple of days and see if the problem persists. Shame it doesn’t stand up.If the overheating issue persists, then it is clearly a fault and we will return this, but would happily order a replacement as it is a great value tablet. As I said, our other one works brilliantly, so if it is a fault, hopefully it’s just a defect in this specific tablet!UPDATE:We have had to return the blue one only a week after receiving it as it will overheated after 10-15mins of use. Very disappointed. Also really annoyed that to reorder the same one it now costs £12 more than it did a week ago. Really frustrating that they have put the price up for no reason. The pink one is stillWorking so we will hope the replacement doesn’t suffer the same issue.UPDATE 2:Replacement blue tablet arrived sooner than expected. Working brilliantly. They both do still get quite warm on one side when in use, hotter than an iPad, but are not overheating so we are happy. Most importantly the girls are happy!

Absolute crap. I got this tablet for my 3 year old and he touched the screen for it to crack and the touch screen to completely stop working. We got had this tablet 2 days. What a absolute joke. The screen protector that came on with it didnt really protect the screen. I cant believe how awful the screen quality is. Warranty doesnt even cover if the screen cracked. Only covers if its manufacture is no good. What a absolute joke!!!

Brilliant little device. We were looking for something for my son and decided as this is android it would mean we could put his school learning apps on it. All of which is as easy s any other android device. The kids mode with parent controls is very good although we chose not to use it. The disappointment to us though is one of the main reasons I bought this is that it's meant to he rugged. My sons had it two weeks and has managed to break the screen, I think he tripped over with it. The screen and device is now completely unusable. In short these are not as rugged as they are made out to be. We have 2 iPads and a kindle fire and the kids bash these all about and they stand up to it a lot better than the sons fusion did. More frustratingly is you cannot get replacement screens for it so I'm now left with a bill for another fusion tablet.

I got this tablet for my son while on holiday. I decided to give to him to start using but anytime it comes on , it says thermal warning and it goes off immediately . Has anyone experienced this before ? If you have , could you kindly let me know how it was resolved ?Please do not purchase . Wasted my money buying this .

I brought this for my granddaughter as my other 2 granddaughters I brought the a iPad so they could try to do there home work and they are better than my on the iPad on but if it gives them a chance in life 3year old and a6 year old and a 8 year old they are all doing really well and the price brilliant not to expensive
