Please can someone tell me? how do you cook these? what do you add? presumably no oil? how long on what heat? can i cook in a light oven?

Mix the powder with milk or water added slowly to the powder, it is a bland taste so you can add sweetness or savoury, some people like bacon & egg for instance sometimes fruit like blueberries. Cook in frying pan like a pancake, turn it over to cook both sides. It’s a good way for vegetarians to ensure they don’t miss out on protein. Don’t make your protein pancake too thick, otherwise it can be too doughy. Experimentation is the way🤣🤣

I usually add some plant milk and water .... also add vanilla drops is nice with it ...
