Cheap but works.
Works great. Even better than it is cheap!

An often overlooked item. Few people torque connections to spec. This will help you get it done.
Decent quality and see seems accurate. I tested it against a friend’s torque wrench and they matched.I used it to set the electrical connections in my service panel to the correct torque settings.

Feels strong and heavy metal
Needed to swap out a part on my ride and it called for 10.0 NM per bolt, I was afraid to strip these very cheap Harley bolts and many folks end up with bolts that are damaged and a headache, so I first tested it against my spark plugs as they called for 6NM and heard the click, I was pretty sure the plugs did not need much after hand tight and quarter turn, immediately I heard the click, then I tried another screw that called for just over 10NM and heard the click, so I proceeded to the bolts on the transmission cover and was scared at first since it tightened more than anticipated and heard the click, and the others the same, click, click, click and on one screw not many turns and click. Result? No spills from transmission oil and perfect tight without worrying of stripping the bolts. So far so good, for the cheap price, I’ll take it. The BAD, the screw at the bottom is hard to loosen up and if you need to use the upper limits, it gets really hard to turn but it turns. The good- Great instructions with the manual for first time users. No certification of calibration, but honestly do you trust a Chinese piece of paper from the others?

Best Budget 1/4 Torque Wrench
As title states this is probably the best 1/4 budget torque wrench. I was a bit skeptical because its amazon brand however it's a decent product. I already have tekton 3/8 and 1/2 torque wrenches, but I wanted something that could cover lower torque specs the issue with using bigger torque wrenches it's hard to hear the click on lower torques and might not click at all unless you have an expensive one. This product will save you from over torquing. If you need something to torque down things in inch lbs like oil pans or valve covers this definitely will get it done accurately.

Works as expected for the price

Gears in ratchet head stripped out after about 5 uses.
The wrench worked great for the first couple uses. The next couple uses the wrench would spin freely and not ratchet when tightening, unless I held pressure against the lever that controls which direction the wrench engages. Then the wrench start spinning freely when trying to tighten a bolt, and I couldn't coax it into working anymore at all.

Very good basic torque wrench
I do my own basic automotive maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations. I decided to stop winging it on lug nut torque and I am glad I bought this tool. I had recently rotated the tires on my 2008 Honda Fit Sport. After driving about 25 miles on the new rotation, I decided to re-check the torque with this wrench as it had just been delivered. 4 separate lug nuts were loose to varying degrees and I was able to torque all the lug nuts to the spec of 80 lb ft.For the DIYer like me, this tool is perfect.

Does not have a real Nm setting
Yeah I'm that guy, the one who downvotes an otherwise excellent product with unbeatable value due to a glaring flaw. I purchased this to use with my MTB maintenance as the Nm torque range is perfect for that task. This product is advertised as having dual range scale of in-lbs and Nm just like all my other torque wrenches. Here's where the problem is - look at the micro adjustment scale, there's only one set of numbers and it's for in-lbs. A proper dual range scale will have two sets of numbers, one for in-lbs and one for Nm. If you want to set 4 Nm you need to adjust the collar to where it's level with the mark for 4 Nm and the micro adjustment needs to be on the number 4. This means the Nm scale is faux. So if you want to set 6.2 Nm for disc rotor bolts you would have to do the conversion to in-lbs and just set it that way. 1 Nm = 8.8507 in-lbs so to get 6.2 Nm you have to set it to 55 in-lbs. Obviously it will work but unless you're Rainman and can do that math in your head you will need a conversion chart or calculator to set Nm. I didn't realize this flaw until I rewatched the YouTube review by Tools Tested channel, who BTW rated this the overall winner due to it's outstanding accuracy and value. Too late, it had already shipped and Amazon's "free" returns is a 13 mile round trip to the nearest Whole Foods. No more free return shipping labels where I can just run up to the corner and drop it in the UPS box.
