Subtle, realistic surround
I am not an engineer or a technogeek, but I put together this thing in about 20 minutes. No fuss, no muss. I wanted no wires snaking over the floor from the screen to the recliner, got that. Wanted good sound, surround that doesn’t feel intrusive, got that. I can raise the roof, and sometimes I do with concerts. You listen to Beethoven Piano Concerto No 5 and you will float away, tenderly caressed by sound clouds. Spider-man: Homecoming (2017) - ferry scene. The web-slinger is an great character to test big surround effects. The showdown between Spider-man and the Vulture is an excellent work-out for a home cinema set-up. First it’s some pretty standard busy action - gun shots from left, right, up and down; smart dialogue; and then the quick move to a full-on swinging and flying fest from the two lead characters. The final act is possibly the most telling, certainly for your sub. There is some disturbing groaning and breaking up of the hull when the ferry splits in two – which needs to be communicated by your system with terrifying weight to give that genuine sense of scale. This is a moment for revealing this system's ability for dynamics and detail.Whoever wrote bad reviews to this gear was either having a bad day, or is a shill for a competing product. IMHO, of course.Update:I have had the system for a year. I have no idea why anybody would have issues with it. It fills my man-cave (25’X40’) with outstanding quality sound. Today I had my very first problem ever. The power was off in the area for several hours. When it came back, the Enclave CineHome II 5.1 produced no sound. I contacted Tech Support, they emailed me back within minutes, gave me some simple directions. It turns out that when we lost power, the TV settings which enable ARC were lost as well, thus the TV wasn't sending audio to the hub. I reset each speaker, the hub, the TV, the wireless and I was in “back in business” in 10 minutes. So, let’s add excellent customer support to the 5 stars I have given the system a year ago.

Great wireless system
I reviewed alot of wireless surround sound systems from just reading reviews and watching them on YouTube. I spent hours and weeks reviewing different brands. I just bought a new Samsung Qled 75 inch TV and wanted a good surround system without spending over 600 dollars but qt that price you get what you pay for, maybe not even that. So, I looked at the Shockwave system, Vizio system, Sonos system as well as the Enclave system. I read and watched good reviews as well as bad ones. The Enclave was WISA certified and the speakers are superbly better quality compared to the small cheap plastic ones on the other systems. From reading other reviews on here, especially the negative ones. As far as the negative ones go, I had no issues with at all, the setup is super easy, downloading the app and using it was also super easy with no issues so I'm not sure why people have so many issues, it doesn't take a tech genius to do this. The sound on this system is great and it really really puts you in the movie you're watching. I bought an extra 8 inch subwoofer to go with this system and wow it puts out the bass! I think I'm going to add another one as it can have 4. The only thing I could ask of Enclave is if they could add an equalizer to to app, that would be fantastic! So, all in all, I'm satisfied with it. I don't know how customer service is because I didn't need to contact them.

Good sound quality, has its drawbacks
Its a great system with good sound qualities, but has its drawbacks:1) you cannot always use Dolby or other sound settings. It is supposed to detect how it is being broadcasted and is supposed to let you change it. However sometimes our broadcast says Dolby and it won't let you select that option. It did work on a movie that we watched, but watching regular TV shows is where the issue lies.2) You can't use the sound options if you choose the whole room stereo option, and it doesn't let you use the speaker level settings either.3) When you turn the TV off and then back on, sometimes there is no sound. It requires you to " reconnect" the system frequently.4) tech support says it's available 24/7, but that is not true. It offers a FAQs section on their website, but wanting to speak to a person is only during certain hours. And Amazon tech support could not help us with our original set up issue.5) the phone app for volume and settings is a pain in the butt. It sometimes makes you set up the system over and over just to get to the settings options....there is no way to bypass that. They need to update that to say: Setting up a new Enclave system, click Here. Otherwise click Here to access your speaker settings.I do like the fact it is wireless, that's a plus. We just need to play with it some more to figure out how to set it up for best maximum potential, without needing to be a techy person. Is it worth the $1000... not really. It IS a higher end system over some on the market today, and better than a sound bar for sure. I'd put price point at about $699-799 tops. I think you are paying extra based on the fact that it is wireless, but each piece does need its own outlet. It works for me in my setup perfectly, but might not for others. If anyone can share some sound and speaker settings suggestions, I'd love to read them. My rating is at a 4 because its not as perfect or easy as the overview of the product leads you to believe.
