This is a great thing when you want to relax and fall off to sleep. It is not addictive and works great.

Does Not Have to Become Habit-Forming
For a while I was taking this every night by habit, but I came to realize this was not a real healthy idea. Originally I used melatonin to replace prescription tranquilizing drugs. I retrained myself to only use melatonin when I knew I was too upset by something to be able to sleep. Once in while one hits a night when you can't fall asleep for no special reason. It is comforting to know I can just reach for one melatonin without it becoming habit-forming or making me feel hung-over the next morning.

Fall Asleep Faster
I started to take this Melatonin about one month ago, and I do so about one hour before I want to/or plan on falling asleep. It seems to be working for me so far. I would give it a try for sure.

Ehh ok.
These are ok but I like the nature valley better. These make me wake up in the middle of the night. They taste fine. I just wish they lasted through the night.

It works!
I take one if these when I'm having difficulty sleeping. Within 15 minutes I'm relaxed enough that I slowly drift off to sleep.
