Works with Bombas Compression Socks
Bought this after seeing it in a video reel on FB. Always a little skeptical what I see on there but have had some good luck. Getting the Bombas Compression socks can be a real PITA! They are super tight at the compression areas and its always a process to get them on. SO figured if they became easier to put on I would wear them more often and actually follow my doctor's recommendation to wear them often. The complaint I saw about this Cone was that the suction didn't hold. I have tried it and you have to release the tension all the way and make sure it is on a smooth clean surface, and then rotate the lever to full suction and it holds really well. If you don't start with the tension fully released on the suction cup then it may be hit or miss if it holds. Not hard at all to get it to the right place to start and its easy to tell when the pressure is fully released. With the sleeve, getting the sock all the way on was a breeze. Wish they sold this Cone with the Sleeve as a package deal at better price...but for what you get and the ease to put on tight compression socks without any issues its worth it.

Hard to use with thigh high stockings
I thought it was extremely hard to use so I’m returning it. I watched YouTube videos and it seemed to make sense but when I went to go try it it’s like the stocking was too long. Maybe the stocking that was used in the video was shorter? I’m not sure but myself and my daughter tried over and over and we just really couldn’t get the hang of it. In the end, it seemed easier to put a thigh high stocking on a different way. I got a tip from a doctor to fold the whole stocking inside out then push the toe in all the way up to just before the heel… Then pull it over your foot, match up the heel to your heel, and then continue to pull it all the way up your leg to the thigh. Getting it started correctly is so important because of it’s a little bit twisted at the bottom near the ankle, it’s extremely uncomfortable. It’s like you’ve got to be sure that you’re going straight up with a stocking and not twisting at all.

Ideal for caregivers
There are 2 people we take care of that wear medical / compression stockings. They often have bandages or dressings that we have to go over, which was a major nightmare trying to slide over with regular donning devices. These are absolutely amazing to work with. I am a little worried about how long they'll hold up, but no issues thus far.If you are not able to reach your own toes, these will not work well for you.As a caregiver I find it easy to put a sock on one arm, roll the sock off my arm onto the donner, then roll it off the donner onto the patient. Faster and more comfortable for the patient. The tower was really only for patients with something on the socks we wouldn't want to get on us.

Very useful
Works great w/ the donut that is available to purchase separately. Wish it came as a set with a bit of a price break. That is the only reason for the 4 star rating.

Great addition to putting on compression socks

Very helpful tool.
I have arthritis in my hands, so putting on compression socks was painful. This tool makes it so much easier. I definitely recommend it. Don’t forget to order the sleeve!

Poor suction, Massively overpriced
I have pretty significant autoimmune arthritis in my hands and work in the medical field so I struggle to put my compression socks on first thing in the morning. This was recommended to me. In theory it's a great idea. However, the suction base for the cone will not stick on ANY surface I've tried including tile, laminate, wood tables, countertops. Once it became dislodged and smashed my lip, giving me a fat lip. Vastly overpriced for quality.
