Crack on the product
There's a crack on the product. No return/exchange policy. Product is good but without proper case how can I use this in travelling :(

Good but got a cracked product
The swiss beauty eye shadow pallete in the shade 02 is good and the pigmentation is also good but unfortunately I recieved a cracked pallete which was a bummer. But it's ok I am not gonna be returning it as the product is usable.

Worst product not worth to money
The product is waste of money. It is a very poor quality product. The eyeshadow colours was spread out of the pallet and it seems like wet. Also the packing of the product was so worse. It is a very small box of eyeshadow. It does not had the size what is shown.
