Ice pack works well after being in the freezer. But it is not made for all people. Strap doesn’t do up round my dad. Would have been helpful to have size on it to make sure

What! wait why didn’t I know about this wonderful thing. Somehow I hurt my back and was in severe back pain. My brother-in-law told me to use ice. I searched for an ice pack and this popped. It’s a great value for the money It fits perfectly and stays in place. It helped eased the pain and stayed in place when I was driving. I love this thing. I ordered one for my brother-in-law for suggesting that I use ice. The good thing is it an ice pack and heating pad.

Great for sciatica pain but fits 180lbs and under
I think it works good but better for smaller people and not large I’m 180 and perfect for my size back…. But nothing over that I would say…

Just what I needed. I've only used the cold pack so far but it works great. Easy to use. Easy to travel with, Holds temperature well. Fits well

Life saver for before and after back surgery! I can use ice or heat when needed. I would suggest making the insert thicker as it leaks if you sit on it too long. I had to order another to replace one of them.

Did not disappoint!
I had back surgery last week and using this ice pack has been a lifesaver. It’s easy to freeze and take off and on. It’s also lightweight which I appreciate fresh after surgery. I highly recommend!
