very small tool
It worked. I was able to get the large dent down to a visible ripple. I was pretty happy with the perfromance. It's a very small tool. about the width of a hand.

Metal tapdown, plastic bits
Correct, they are plastic, not rubber tips.However, I'm happy to have an aluminum (?) tap down instead of plastic. I'm happy with it for the price.

Says rubber head but is falsely advertised.
The tap down itself is nice quality. The heads are stated as rubber on the product but the head are actually plastic. Will make marks in cars for sure.
