This product was not effective for me. I just purchased a different saw palmetto supplement and have seen greater effectiveness.

I have an enlarged prostate that causes me to get up 5 or 6 times a night to urinate. I switched to this product because it uses only one capsule per night compared to taking 2 capsules needed by other products I’ve tried. All the products I’ve tried worked in that it cut down my trips to the bathroom to 1 or 2 a night. That being said the 1MD product is a bit pricey in my opinion and the capsules feel oily to the touch and have an odor. I’m on my third bottle and they are all the same. It’s like several capsules have leaked out on the others causing them all to be a bit sticky. I have to wipe them clean to put them in my pill boxes with other medications I take. This might be the deal breaker that sends me back taking my past product that worked fine.

I am not sure how much good ts product has done for me. I do mot see any improvement. but I just bought one month's supply.

It’s expensive but it decreased his nighttime peeing and increased his (oh god can I say this!) erections. But it’s really expensive. He credits it with a drop in his PSA but his doctor remains skeptical. Since then he’s switched to a cheaper option that has less ingredients but it seems to be doing the job

have tried some of the others for prostate and up at night pee issues if your a middle age guy or older you know the routine but after trying this one after a 2 1/2 weeks at one a day in the morning I did go from 4 to 5 times at night to only 2 and still at 2 pee trips per night !!lot of better sleep now plus even drinking liquor its about the samethe 2 times or long streams and not like the 2 teaspoons of the 4 to 5 used to haveone of the few supplements that worked out !!!thanks again

I have just recently began trying prostate supplements. I was using another product before this one. Well the other had some benefits, this one none at all. It may work for someone else, but didn’t help me at all.
