Is the eyeliner pencil hypoallegenic?

Personally, I can tell you that over 6 months of use, I haven't had any allergic reaction. I researched this fairly extensively to find a true waterproof crayon, read many reviews and didn't see any pertaining to rashes, itching, etc. I would say that you're safe. 😊
