AMAZING!
Thank god for these! I suffer from anxiety and these help so much. I even took them with me to a concert and it helped so much. The taste isn't too strong and no strong odor. Doesn't have a huge affect where you feel high, just enough to calm the nerves and make you tired since your body is in fight or flight.

Work great for anxiety
Very happy with these. I suffer from anxiety and almost threw up on a plane. The doctor won’t prescribe anything for me. I took these in the airport flying during a holiday was extremely stressful. Took another on the plane no issues. Was calm and didn’t embarrass my husband

I tried these during a particularly dramatic grocery store trip where I nearly lost it in the snack aisle. Did they completely erase my stress? No. Did they take the edge off enough to keep me from yelling at a bag of chips? Yes. They have a mellow citrusy flavor that’s pleasant, and the texture is soft and chewy—like adult fruit snacks with a wellness agenda. The blend of GABA, L-theanine, and lemon balm isn’t going to sedate you, but it does gently nudge your brain away from spiraling. I wouldn’t rely on them as my only coping mechanism, but they’re a nice tool to have on hand for tense days or meetings that could’ve been emails. And hey, even the placebo effect is still an effect.

I truly like these gummy’s. I have anxiety when flying and lately it’s been higher than normal so I decided to try these and I tell you they work. I love the taste and I have no problem swallowing them. They did not have a bad smell like some compressed gummies do and it is very easy on my stomach. I don’t have an upset stomach like some of the other natural products I use tends to give me. It is not an energy killer nor a booster it simply mellows you down to make you relax. I will purchase again and make it a part of my daily use. I highly recommend purchase especially for those that are looking for a stress reliever that is not in the form of a pill and is a natural supplement.
