Apple 2019 MacBook Pro with 1.4GHz Intel Core i5 (13-inch, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD) - Space Gray (Renewed)

The MacBook came in great shape, no scratches or marks. It was very affordable. The audio is amazing and works fast. Overall it is amazing and it’s a very pretty silver.

I recently purchased this Apple MacBook Pro (13-inch) and have been very happy with it. The laptop is fast, reliable, and handles everything I need for school, work, and everyday use without any issues. The display is bright and clear, the keyboard feels great to type on, and the battery life lasts much longer than I expected. The setup process was simple, and the overall build quality feels premium and durable. Apps open quickly, multitasking is smooth, and the performance has been excellent. If you’re looking for a dependable laptop that combines power, portability, and great battery life, I would definitely recommend this MacBook Pro.

I am giving it one star because it did initially work when the product was delivered in July of 2024. Within two months the screen turned black. My daughter was using the product for college and she was away in another state. We did purchase the Asurion protection plan but my daughter was unsure how to use it correctly and as I was not there to help her so she waited another month and a half to get it fixed when she came home for break. During that time the MacBook was unusable. In December I sent the item away to be fixed. The item was returned to her a couple of weeks later at her university. That was the second week of January 2025. She came home for spring break in March and while she was home the screen began to turn black again. She also informed me that the laptop was running very hot. I again contacted Asurion but at this time I was just looking for a refund of my $429. I was told that an item had to have the same defect 4 times because I could seek a refund. I explained that my daughter had major time constraints with this instance and waiting 2/3 weeks for the item to be fixed was not an option. We took it to a nearby repair shop that is sponsored by Asurion where we were given an estimate of $471 which is more than I paid for the product. I was told that I could pay to have it repaired and then be reimbursed but aside from not living that option the screen would take a week to come in and then a few days after that to be fixed. I should also state that the estimate also included fixing the overheating problem. I reached out to Amazon but because it was more than 90 days removed from the purchase they couldn’t do anything for me. Originally, I did have a customer service representative tell me I should not worry that I would be getting a refund but the next day I received an email stating that my claim had been denied. I also reached out to the third party seller and they never responded to my message. I did try Asurion one more time with a copy of the estimate trying to please my case that I just want a refund since the original payment is less than the cost of the repair. This whole process has eaten up hours over several days of speaking with countless representatives. I felt like there was no one that truly understood my problem and how I only wanted to be made whole with this defective product.

Excellent product. Great purchase for the price. I needed something quality to start up a stationary business and this was perfect. Processor is quick, storage is A+. Had some issues with the charger but the seller got a replacement to me right away. I will definitely purchase again.

Received my 13" MacBook Pro today.. a day earlier than anticipated, so I'm pleased about that! Took one star off because it came with what seems like a vinyl sticker on it, which I peeled off almost immediately. It seems like it was put on there to hide some blemishes that I'm not loving, but the case that I actually want will cover it. I also do not like the stickers on my laptops so it was coming off regardless. There doesn't seem to be any issues with this, but I've barely used it. It does get warm quickly. Everything works appropriately as far as I can telling. there's no issues with the audio output. Overall, I feel like this is a steal price wise. I'm always skeptical about refurbished/renewed products, but we are ballin' on a budget over here and this turned out perfect for what I need it for.

The product I bought for my 14 yrs sons’s homework purposes; he likes a lot, comparing other brands MacBook Pro is best option ever it’s not the most new version; it’s looks like new; great product, I will definitely recommend to purchase.

The MacBook arrived on time and was packaged well. It works exactly as expected, the quality is excellent, and everything runs smoothly. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently received this refurbished MacBook Pro 2019. Overall, the laptop is in excellent cosmetic condition, with only a few very minor scratches. The screen looks great, the audio quality is excellent, the Touch Bar works perfectly, and the performance is very fast. The battery and general functionality have met my expectations so far. However, there is one significant issue: the built-in camera does not work. When I try to use it, the system displays “No Camera Available,” and the camera is not detected by macOS. Since I just received the device, this appears to be a hardware-related problem. If the camera were functioning properly, I would be very satisfied with this purchase because the MacBook is otherwise in excellent condition.

Fue una excelente compra, puedo decir que la Mac llegó a un 98% de estética, solo tiene un ligero rayón en un costado pero es mínimo. La batería viene al 98%, la pantalla es totalmente nítida y sin ningún rasguño, el teclado perfecto, trae una mica que cubre tanto la pantalla como parte del touchpad. Una compra que vale totalmente la pena.

Came as expected! Although I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to update it (to a newer macOS version than what it’s currently running on; after a week or so of getting used to it, found that I wasn’t able too update to the newest one but did update it to its available capabilities, going beyond, doesn’t matter to me) however it still works great for what I need, in my opinion I made a great decision. I put removable glitter vinyl on top of it so you can’t see the logo but I love my MacBook it goes everywhere with me

Product arrived timely. It works well no issues and its serving the purpose for which i bought it very well. No scratches or damage to the product aswell, it was in good condition

The refurbished (Excellent) MacBook Pro was amazing on delivery, two days earlier than promised. The only marks were the faintest of scratches on the bottom. The unit looks brand new and has performed excellently. I highly recommend the vendor All Canadian Tech.

It looks, feels and works just like new. A couple of dings on one of the edges but overall I am happy with the product. This was a great deal and good upgrade from my 2012 MacBook Pro.
