These pills are easy to swallow and make me feel healthier all around. I've been taking Vitamin C every day for over a year now and have only gotten sick once when I was exposed to a severely ill child. My cold's life seemed greatly shortened by continuing to take this Vitamin C and Solgar Zinc as well. I strongly believe this stuff works. The vitamin bottle is designed dark for a reason, apparently sunlight can weaken the potency of the vitamins, so with the darker bottle it stops this from happening. I'm not a scientist and don't know if there is truth to this or not, but the brand makes a quality product and I stand by it.

This is an old proven good vitamin C that is not causing burning esophagus nor stomach, and it’s effective when feeling getting a cold and lightheadednees taking 3 of this with a cup of water makes a big improvement. Thank you.

I have bought this over and over and has been a great staple for good immune health.It works well. It does not upset my stomach and works well when getting sick to stop it from coming on , or helps with duration of a bug.
