check fitting before needed
The props fit very tight on the shaft. I was able to get the one on and off after some effort. The second one was not drilled deep enough to fit on the shaft, rather than send them back I drilled the one deeper so it would match up with the existing pin in the shaft. I'm glad I checked both prior to needing them in an emergency. Something was missed on inspection.

Fits my 2011 Mercury 3.5hp.
It works fine. I don’t know if it will last as long as a factory version but it fits and works.

Why do you think that you can figure out the most efficient way to use this tool, I don’t get it, why ate they’re no instructions?
