very nice. brighter tone than standard harmon mute
This is a well built mute. It is good looking. And the sound is brighter than a standard harmon mute. I would say I prefer this mute over the standard harmon mute. You have to over blow the regular harmon mute to get a "crisp" tone but this one requires less effort and is easier on the lip muscles. That is, the regular harmon mute tends to kill my endurance muscle wise because I'm trying to make it crisp and louder by blowing harder.

Great, unique sound. Heavy.
This mute has a really interesting sound, unlike anything I've ever played. It is noticeably heavier than any mute I've tried, and therefore maybe more likely to accidentally fall out. Overall I like it a lot!

Very nice mute, well made (except the product identifying sticker has a bubble in it), heavy, good tone and sound quality. A good value.
