Seems to be a sturdy product. Was easy to set up and when I tested, it notified my two emergency contacts. I haven’t used it and I hope I don’t ever need to, but I did like all the features I’ve used so far.Edited to say I somehow lost one of the magnets that connect the pepper spray to the keychain. I contacted the company and they are sending me a new keychain free of charge. So surprising to get great customer service in today's world!

I haven’t tested the spray yet but I imagine it works as well as any other pepper spray. Tested the alert function on my emergency contacts and it called and texted them really quick with my coordinates (my dad who is a retired police officer absolutely loves it). magnet that secures the spray to the keychain is super strong so I can’t imagine it falling randomly while walking and it’s held up being in my purse, but it can definitely be taken off easily with enough force if needed. safety lid is easy to lift and overall I feel a lot safer with it on my keychain.

I’m writing a review to ensure people understand that the other review is false. The messages and mails to your contacts is free. The fee comes in if you want additional monitoring.It was easy to set up and test.

In the listing this product is made to sound great. GPS location, alerts sent to contacts in case of use. A 4 year shelf life. All very nice features. However when I received mine my expiration date is in 2027 so just over 2 years out, still not 4. The major problem with this is it will NOT connect to the app. Therefore is will NOT notify anyone if the pepper spray is used! I have tried to reach out to manufacturer (they only have email, no phone contact). I haven't heard back from them. Poorly functioning product. Poor customer service. I would stat away from this product.

Received a sealed mini pepper spray and it refuses to connect to my mobile device or any other phone in my residence.I reached out to the manufacturer with no response and Amazon won't replace, return, or refund this defective product due to its return policy.The only reason I bought this spray was for it's a ility yo notify others in an event where the spray is utilized and it doesn't work at all.I will update if I ever hear back from the company but it is ridiculous.UPDATE: Customer Support for the device finally answered back about a week later and shipped out a replacement product that actually works! Three weeks later, so please be patient.

This is a good purchase to help you feel safe. Not only can you spray someone but your emergency contact can see where you sprayed it so they can contact someone to help.

I tried the pepper spray out and it didn't notify my contact person. It's a nice pepper spray, but that feature should work too.

So good. It notifies and calls your emergency contacts quick. Location is on point and it’s easy to use and set up. I’ve recommended to all family and friends.
