Well made and works very well.
Great for scratching the lower back. I find it more relaxing to pull the handle down and place it against a wall, or something substantial.

Must buy for back problems
Cured my sciatic pain along with a shoe lift. Also when I feel my back going out I use the stretcher and save myself from any downtime from middle and lower back muscle spasms. Truly a best buy for back problems. Kinda pricey but worth every penny! Bought it about 3 years ago and no issues withbuild quality.

An effective workout.
easy asambly, but needs lubrication before usimg. It is, nevertheless, just what the Dr. recommended.

Doesn't stay put... now it does
The original Core Stretch had foam cushions on the bottom that were uncovered with bit of texture so when you tucked it in your waist it stayed put. The new ones, the foam rollers are covered with vinyl and when stretching, slips out from your waist. It's very frustrating and a poor upgrade. I haven't looked in to what would be under the vinyl should it be removed as this new one was a gift, but my recommendation is you check yourself or add tennis grip or something to the rollers to aid in their staying put. Other then that, it does indeed help with stretching and is a good product for seniors with arthritis or for people who need to sit in a chair to do their stretching.Follow up... I received an email informing me the vinyl was to protect the roller and handles during shipping. Once removed, it works much better. I would now give this product 4 stars.

DANGEROUS
The part that fits down by the hips that is padded is covered with a very slippery plastic and the bar that goes across there is VERY unstable. On using it the first time I stood up as setting down did not give me any stretch in the lumbar area. Standing up I am not sure what happened but it throw me off balance twisted me around and I fall down hard and fast. I hit my knee, hip, shoulder & back of my head one the bottom part of the cabinet. I am very luck I did not fracture something or at least I do not think I did. I am very sore from head to knees, the fall really did my spine in as that is where my biggest problems are. The lower part where the padded bars is should be redone as it is VERY unsafe. If you buy this unit please make sure you have someone there to help you in case you fine what I did that it is not a safe unit to use. I will be sending it back, I won't give it a second try.

I would not buy again. disappointing materials and seller does not allow returns
My advice, for the money, look elsewhere. This has lots of plastic and the fit of pieces is sloppy at best. I have used a similar product that a friend had. It was far better quality and same price range. This is far less comfortable to use. I would return, but the seller "smartly" does not allow for returns.
