Yes, but it works better with some pressure. I let my Model A start to warm up. then plug up the overflow pipe with a paper plug.

whats the difference between the red sealer and blue? do you need to use the thoroflush, then both sealers or just 1?

Definitely use the thoroflush, and follow the instructions very carefully. Then, use the red one. That is the actual ceramic sealer. The blue bottle is basically an after-treatment. My engine was dying in a very dramatic way, and the flush and sealer truly saved it. Just... Please... Follow the instructions... To the tee!
