Amazing quality
Itās been maybe over 3 years since I bought these and Iām still using them. Cable looks new, buds looks good. Good quality keeps them looking like new. The only thing is that I wish it came in a traveling case or somewhere to put them in. I had to recycle an old headphone case for them. But I literally cannot live without them at work or to work out.

They broke the first day⦠Beige Beats
I donāt like to give very little stars, so my guilt is the only reason I gave two. They came with extra silicone earbuds, which is good because they donāt always fit properly in my ears, but it was good in this case because they donāt always ones that were in place when I opened the package already had a big rip in one of them. Nbd, I thought, at least there are extras and Beats are good so I felt like I got them at a good price so whatever.Iād bought a pair of these refurbished Beats before, the red & black, and they came with a silicone case. These beige ones that Iām reviewing came in no case, do that was another flight annoyance, but I told myself that I only cared because Iād gotten one before. If I hadnāt expected it, I wouldnāt have thought twice about it⦠but still, it was a second strike. Again, no big deal though. I was happy to have headphones that I could use that would totally drown out the background noise while using (which they do quite well). I need this type of headphones because I like to listen to binaural beats, so itās important to have both earpieces fully in my ears. Itās also helpful for me as I almost always use binaural beats, sleep meditations, or Solfeggio frequencies to sleep, so I cannot have my headphones falling out or it just wakes me up when I have to constantly adjust themā¦. Defeating the purpose of having headphones in to relax. (Apple headphones suck because theyāre always falling out and it drives me nuts in general, but itās extremely frustrating when youāre using them for sound therapy.) So these would do the trick. And they did.The first or second day I heard something hit the floor, and it was the metal piece with the ābā logo, and the magnet underneath that had fallen to the floor. I tried not to get too annoyed, but now this was the third strike against these headphones and it had only been less than 48hrs. šI donāt mind spending money, even when I barely have any. If itās something I need then I do it. I have known plenty of people who cringe over every time spent, and well, I would hate to live like that. Life is short. But when I donāt particularly have a lot of extra money to spend, or even if I do, it starts to feel a bit grating on my nerves when the money is spent and the product just seems to dissolve in my hand right in front of my eyes. Thatās not cool.So I told myself to just forget it, itās just the magnet. Itās a cool feature but I donāt really need the earphones to click together so whateverā¦. But now it looked like trash. That bothered me having one earpiece that just looked like a broken thing in my ear⦠so I took out my super glue and decided to simply glue it in place. Now itās totally my fault for doing this on a metal table, but when I put the super glue on, the magnet kept flipping to go the other way (but it was not the correct way), and eventually it plopped down onto my metal table and is still stuck there to this day. Iāll probably look into how to remove that next, I just havenāt had the chanceā¦.Then on the third day, I heard a little noise, and wasnāt sure what it was, but I kept just doing what I was doing, which was nothing, I was readingā¦. And later I saw the thing that made the noise laying in the floor next to my reading chair. It was the oblong piece on the right wire that controls volume and the mic. And the little button that goes underneath that oblong piece was also on the floor. So now here I was on day 3 of my new headphones, albeit refurbished, but still, cāmonā¦. And the earbud was ripped inside of its new and sealed package, the magnetic piece and itās metal cover fallen off and unfixable, and now the plastic piece on the wire was half off and on my nightstandā¦. The headphones were still usable. They sounded just fine. But I just couldnāt bring myself to look at them anymore. It was just a reminder that I was ripped off. So I returned them.Iāve read other reviews saying that about the magnetic backing falling off, so Iām guessing if youāre reading this and still thinking of buying them, just be prepared for the possibility of the same thing happening. When I bought the red & black refurbished Beats, I lost them which is why I bought these, but I shouldāve thought that through a bit more. The r & b pair were crackling from the first week, and I tried to ignore it because it didnāt happen every single timeā¦. But all in all Iām thinking that these refurbished Beats are there for a reason. That reason is that theyāre no good unfortunately. Donāt buy them like me just for the color or nameā¦. It wonāt prevent you from the hassle.

What I needed for my iPhone
I really like the Beats earbuds for my phone. and am used to the corded version. I'm glad I was able to get this as a replacement to the pair I had that finally broke after 4 years of regular use. The only note I have is that only the metal ends of the buds are gold; the cord itself was pink which wouldn't have been my first choice. That said, it works perfectly well and is worthy of 5 stars in every way.

Eartip Problem
One of the eartips that it came with doesnāt seal correctly and makes it easier for it to come out of the ear.

Good first impression
The sound is great, which I would expect for the price. The adjustable ear pieces make for a comfortable fit. Buttons on the cord are functioning well for volume, pause/play control. Have only used them a short time, so I canāt speak to longevity, but overall seem to be quality.
