What's the difference between this odor ban and the pet odor ban odor absorber?

I only used this one. This one doesnt have a strong smell but I think it supposed to absorb the smell more than make the place have a fragracnce.

Love the smell

Bought a used car that smelled like smoke. While it makes on the car, obviously, it lasted for almost 3 months and the slight smoke smell is gone. I used this and bamboo filter, but I used the other ones in my brothers room with 2 cats and it seemed to work for a while and didn't smell as strongly for a while.

Odoban odor absorber

Not impressed at all. Not doing the job at all. I bought these for in the room where our sump pump is and it hasn't helped at all. Also, put one in the bathroom and no difference. The containers don't even have a citrus scent.
