They are fantastic. I can no longer tell when I'm running on concrete or carpeting. Impressed.More cushion than I expected. It's a weird feeling. Fantastic for running forward, but when taking sharp corners it feels like a thin layer of Jell-O between your feet and the pavement. There's movement, a shift to compensate for. I've gotten used to it after 5+ uses, but I can still recognize it's there. After day 1 & 2, my muscles hurt at the arch. I treated it like muscles in my feet getting used to the new arrangement. Let them rest and the muscles build for several days. Have no problems now and continue to have no problems after >5 uses. Strongly recommend for running, but not for soccer, or basketball were you have frequent precise lateral movement.

Works as it should
These insoles are the right slimness, right fit, right sturdiness and rigidity for my painful plantar faciitis, torn foot tendon, etc. It feels just right and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Work great, but not very durable for as much as they cost.
Update: I am still running all my high mileage runs with these insoles and they are doing great with regards to keeping me inury free. I have pulled my review down from 5 to 3 stars because of durability and cost. For 50 bucks or more, you'd think these things would last a little longer. I do good to get 150 miles out of them before they have broken down and need to be replaced to avoid CAUSING injury. They are thin and fit well in my shoes. But I think that's also why they don't last very long. Unfortunately, they have become an necessary evil and despite the price, I am replacing them every month.Initial Review:I've had two metatarsal osteotomies on my left foot, fractured heel and ongoing problems with the ball of my right foot.I have been training for a full marathon for the past 16 weeks with unbelievable foot and ankle pain.I've gone through about 8 different styles of running shoes and nothing really seemed to be helping.I didn't have the money (or training time) to get a pair of custom orthotics and I was about to give up when I saw these at a booth at a running expo for a half marathon I was running.I tried them on at the expo and was ABSOLUTELY AMAZED. I had immediate relief from the aching pain the bottoms of my feet and after running 3, 12, 16, and 20 mile runs in them over the course of the past two weeks I can tell you, they have ELIMINATED all foot pain, numbness and aching ankles completely.I tried other orthotics (probably 10 different kinds) and though some of them might have helped), they had such a high profile (thicker than factory footbeds), they pushed my foot up out of my running shoes so much my heel would slide out of my shoe and they put too much pressure across the bridge of my foot.) NOT THESE INSOLES!!! They are VERY low profile and the cupped heel and arch support are FABULOUS!I can't say enough positive things about these insoles. I was ready to give up guys. I couldn't stand the pain anymore. Now, I am three weeks from my marathon and I'm READY!Be sure you read the information on all three STYLES of these insoles. There are different "arch" profiles for to choose from. If you don't know your 'arch profile - go to Mizuno's (my fav running shoe) Precision Fit Shoe finder and go through the profiler to see what your arch type is : myprecisionfit.com The steps for determining your foot type will tell you what kind of arch you have.Hope this helps guys.Happy Running!

Excellent Insoles, but Expensive
These are great insoles. I use them in my cycling shoes. They give better cushioning & support than a standard insole. You may not think that's important for cycling (low/no impact), but you'd be wrong. My first pair lasted 4 1/2 years...18,000 miles of cycling. They are good at preventing numbness during long hill climbs. They breathe pretty well. They fit my cleated riding shoes perfectly. My ONLY complaint is the price, so 4 stars, not 5. $50? For foam & plastic stuff? Come on! Maybe I should start an insole company. The profit margin must be enormous.

They slip right into my running shoes and are comfortable from the start
I purchased my first pair at the Rock 'n Roll half marathon in Savannah GA. They slip right into my running shoes and are comfortable from the start. They are the only insole I use....

These don’t work for me...
I run about 30-40 miles a week right now and usually do not change the inserts that shoes come with. I bought a pair of 361 Degree Strata 2 and changed the insoles with these soles, and went on an 8 mile run. At about mile 7 I began experiencing pain on top of my foot on the inside of my right foot, by the end of the 8 miles the foot was inflamed and 3 days later I still can’t put pressure over the area with shoe strings without experiencing burning and sharp pain. I also am feeling pain in the soles of my feet, similar to stress fracture sharp pains as well as strains in my leg muscles I typically do not get. The soles being the only outlier or change in my typical running routine, so through process of eliminating the cause I decided to part with them as I can’t take the chance and cause a greater injury. I had to change my pacing pattern to avoid pressure over the area so I can at least keep running, while dialing back speed and incline until I heal up.I followed the proper instructions for determining size and type I needed for my feet, yet again the results were disappointing. I recommend if you run a lot to this point without insoles, go see a specialist to have them fit you with insoles. It may be more expensive but you will avoid injuries which may be even more costly.

Day after day training support
These are the best insoles you will find on the interwebs. I have super sensitivity to foot pain and use these insoles and the bike insoles by the same brand to lead an active lifestyle for consecutive days.

Expensive but worth it if you run a lot. They feel a bit firm underfoot to start with but this seems to make them supportive over longer distances. I’m a heavy runner and have managed 2 marathons using these insoles which I originally switched to after getting a stress fracture. They seem to have prevented any more.
