I stumbled upon these magic pills by accident while browsing through the Lightning Deals a couple weeks ago. I recently started lifting and have noticed nice gains using another brand of BCAAs. I was getting ready to go on vacation for a couple weeks to a place without a gym and didn't want to lose muscle mass or lug around my giant 90 serving tub of BCAAs so I pulled the trigger on these 5 gram 2:1:1 ratio capsules. I was taking 2.5 servings daily which is 20 pills. They're large capsules and it's inconvenient to take so many but I knew that before I purchased them. I came back from my vacation arguably more toned than I was before and I can only give credit to Evlution BCAAs since no weightlifting was involved. The company also goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction of their products. I now have a tub of their powdered BCAAs on the way that I'm excited to try. I'm also looking forward to using these during actual workouts to see how they do with muscle recovery.
