Is this an actual tarte product? i feel like the one i bought on amazon doesn’t hydrate my skin as much as the one i bought from tarte’s site.

I BOUGHT FIRST ONE AT ULTA. ITS SUPPOSED TO BE THE SAME PRODUCT BUT ITS THICKER. I RUN MY HAND UNDER FAUCET THE APPLY AND WORKS GREAT.
