Color matched and a perfect fit!

Good casement that replaced one that i could not find
Good casement that replaced one that i could not find, i bought it by its size. It fitted well to the window frame.

There are no teeth inside the handle that mesh with the operator stem
There are no teeth inside the handle that mesh with the operator stem. Only the set screw in the handle against the operator stem keeps the handle from slipping. My windows are old, and handle slips when I try to open and close my window. Prime-Line support says that they do not have any other operator or handle to offer that is going to be different with deeper grooves around the stem and broaches/splines inside the handle. I returned the casement operator and bought a HardwareSource Bronze Casement Window Operator, RH 70406 that has teeth inside the handle which engage and mesh with the operator stem. Now I can open and close my window!

Works on the window well however I ordered a replacement casement window lock as well as the window crank operator - both in bronze. The window lock came with bronze colored screws, however the operator came with silver metal screws which looks remarkably ugly & I am having to track down matching screws. Disappointing lack of attention on the part of Prime-Line.

Defective.
Packaging correctly said Right Handed.But while the operator portion was right handed, the attached arm was for a left handed operator.
