I'm not going to comment on the build quality or installation of this. I never got that far. When I first took it out I was shocked at how big this thing is. I went back to look at the item description and the dimensions are no where to found. There is a chart listing the package dimensions but no where the actual holder or towel dimensions. Every time I would order replacement towels this item would pop up as well so I finally ordered it. Well as you can see I can't use it for the towels I've been getting and I'm not switching to oversized towels.

They look good and are easy. Because it's wood there is a little drag on the towel. It makes it difficult to pull out a towel without ripping it. Use two hands or buy strong towels.

Product came much more darker than described, however depending on the wood and Stain that was applied at the time is probably the difference between the picture and the one I received. Still is ok for it's purpose.

Nice 👍🏾 looking and efficient. Blends flawlessly into my master bathroom’s Espresso and cream color scheme.

I bought this after corona to make my powder room more sanitary by taking out the hand towel. The only thing I don’t like are the two frame hooks on the back. They are recessed with a fairly small hole leaving very little room for error in meeting up with a nail or screw on the wall. Two saw hooks wood be so much better.

Can’t find paper towels that properly fit

Easy to install. Added some beads across the front for a splash of color. Hung on my kitchen wall next to the coffee maker. Love it!

This waz a good by actually it was larger than I expected or should I say taller so it holds quite a bit of napkins which I purchased at sams I'm happy with my purchase, color spot on
