Great as a sandwich side or a little umami to a casserole that might be lacking a little something
Thankful that Amazon is carrying them again. They’re an extra crispy chip. They definitely don’t taste burnt. They’re thin, but would add a nice little bit of umami and crunch to a casserole. They’re not very salty though.

Not Dark, Not Tasty
I like dark potatoes chips, the kind that are cooked a little longer so that they're dark. These are not dark at all. And I don't really like the flavor, probably due to whatever type of oil they used (there are multiple possibilities in the ingredients list). They are crunchy but that doesn't help the flavor.

Kettle chips
These Cape Cod potato chips are very good however I'm not fond of kettle chips and I didn't realize that that's what they were when I purchased them but for someone who loves kettle chips they're great

If you like the burnt chips in a regular bag of potato chips these are for you. I love them.
