milk + honey Liquid Hand Soap No. 9 – Moisturizing Castile Hand Wash with Lavender and Tea Tree, Plant-Based Soap for Sensitive Skin, 12 Fl Oz

I bought this set of soap, room spray and lotion to use and display in my guest bathroom. While the scent is lovely, the plastic bottle looks and feels cheap compared to the glass containers that the lotion and spray are packaged in. In addition to the cheap appearance, the soap oozes out of the pump area and I am constantly having to wipe it clean. I want to love it, but I can’t justify purchasing again until the pumps are fixed.*Edited Review*9/25/24: I had to come back to this review and make some edits because I decided to give the soap another try and I was so delighted to find that the cheap white pump parts have been replaced to match the black and my soap dispenser no longer leaks and oozes out of the top! Huge thanks to the milk + honey team for listening to the reviews online and correcting the issue. I won't hesitate to recommend this product and plan on incorporating it into some gift baskets this year.

Hesitant to spend extra money for hand soap, but really love this product. Smells wonderful and lathers well for washing hands.

This is the scent combination that I have dreamed it would be. I like something fresh and clean, and the soap doesn't dry out my hands either. I wouldn't call it moisturizing, but that may be because I'm washing my hands a lot more lately.

The pump didn’t work and smell is not as expected.

The actual soap is very nice, great scent, not too drying on the skin, however like previous reviews stated the pump dispenser is a nightmare. Soap spills out, drips down the bottle get all gunked up in the rim.Definitely not a repeat purchase until they fix this. Shame.

Love the smell & the look of this soap dispenser. I mainly bought it because I like the look of it. However the pump dispenser was broken and the soap squirts out the side. Unfortunately I missed my return window by two days.

Great condition and smells good

I ordered this soap after visiting a friend who had it in her bath room and kitchen. I really liked it so I ordered it from Amazon. I’m happy with purchase and it looks nice in my bathroom
