Prepared gumbo for northerners that had never had before. They thoroughly enjoyed it and admitted the Cajun experience was good.

Best find for time saving
After spending too much time making roux, I found this after a friend recommended it. Adding a few spoonfuls to a gumbo recipe and others will up your game. And it has a decent shelf life.
