Bought to use for canning. Spoke with representative about psi and the amount of quart jars it’ll hold. Unfortunately I can’t review as to its safety, easy to clean, nor just overall quality. What I can say is it will only can a max of 3-quart jars at a time. It looked nice and was easy to return

Love my pressure cooker! Put in ingredients, close top, select what you are cooking, and hit start. Simple, easy, and quick cooking.The only downside I have seen is there is no way to manually set the cooking time. That said I have never needed to. With each setting you can select longer or shorter cooking time, so you will likely find a setting for just about any cooking you might do.

First of all, I was worried it was going to be too big as I have a small kitchen in NYC but I was so happy to see it was the same size as my previous pressure cooker.1st use: I tried the slow cooker feature to slow cook some lentil soup using broth and some smoked turkey legs. Beautiful.

Worked well for 10 months. Used maybe 20 times? Then got a lid alarm that would not clear so could not use. I expected this to last longer than 20 uses. Going to another brand.

When you push the desired setting you want, it comes up with a menu of all the different types of meats or if you are cooking veggies to help you find the correct time and heat to cook it. Its so easy to use! I really liked the set up of the unit.
