DOUBLE THE INGREDIENTS AS ADVERTISED!!!
I haven't tried yet but reviews seem good so I thought I would give it a go to see if can help me with weight loss 🤔 BUT why I'm writing this review NOW B4 TRYING is that I brought these ones as they were ADVERTISED as 90 mg of CAFFEINE BUT WHEN THEY ARRIVED YESTERDAY the label shows 180mg CAFFEINE ... Now too much caffeine sometimes gives me heart palpitations so that why I went for this one with HALF THE CAFFEINE than alot of the other keto supplements!!!So just thought I would point this out in case MANUFACTURERS AREN'T AWARE OF THIS or TO WARN OTHERS WHO ARE SENSITIVE TO CAFFEINE B4 they buy too!!??I will still try and give you an UPDATED REVIEW if they work out well xx

They have definitely helped me lose inches past couple of weeks on a low carb diet, not completely cutting out carbs but cutting down on bread cakes biscuits

My mistake
I went on a real fasting diet 14hrs per day as I started Keto Plus and lost 14lbs in a 3 wks, then 7 7days after.Cancelled Keto, kept on diet and never lost a pound more. MY mistake Keto & now back on the product. Will not know real result for 14days but looks good.

It feels like a burst of energy, they are easy to swallow despite the size of them. No nasty taste. I flag in the afternoon on keto but I feel like I have more energy thanks to these
