Ankle Brace Extra Small Lace-up / Hook and Loop Closure Left or Right Foot - 1 Each

I have a fractured ankle and was told to wear this brace at night to sleep. It as comfortable as it could be meaning it does what it’s supposed to, keep your ankle in position. It laced up which helps for a swollen foot and ankle. I bought one previously and it didn’t lace so I couldn’t get my foot into the sock. So a lace up is important.

This is a great brace! It fits well, stays on, easy to adjust and easy to clean. The velcro stays sticky and it does offer the support it claims. I wear a size 5 womens shoe, and this fits perfect. It is a little bulky in shoes, but it does fit in most tennis shoes.

Weak ankles due to old gymnastics and fitness injuries...and currently 14-16 hour work days so I sprain each ankle a Few times a year. Worked well for me and cost 2/3 the price than my physical therapy office using my insurance. Better than an ace of course. I flex my foot when tying the strings (don't recommend for everyone). I have to fold over the vertical velcro that comes up on the sides before last step horizontal velcro. Cannot wear everyday, 14 hours a day. I wear Size 8/8.5 Shoe, Wide flat feet (d-ee), purchased Small.

I bought this brace to wear with open and closed shoes after breaking my foot and wearing the dreaded walking boot for 8 weeks. I still needed support even though bone was somewhat healed. While it’s not the most comfortable, it fits inside closed backed shoes (sneaker and moccasins) and Ive worn the brace for 10 hours a day. Very supportive and helpful. I still wear from time to time when foot throbs. I’d recommend.

Giving this 3 stars because one side the sewing is twisted. That goes under the ankle to the other side. BUT ITS BETTER THAN THE PROFESSIONAL CUSTOM MADE I HAD DONE.I have no more cartilage in one ankle, was told to get a custom made one. Turns out he made my anymore painful. Wouldn't remake one. PLUS I HAD TO BUY A SEPARATE SIZE SHOES JUST TO FIT HIS.I got this now I can wear same size. Just wish it was all Velcro instead of lacing a shoe. It's very time consuming to remove

This brace works wonderfully. I use it for my leg for Tae Kwon Do, as my arches on my feet need additional support. This brace provides good support without restricting my range of motion.Another plus (for me) is the complete lack of metal inserts. I don't have to worry about injuring anyone else while practice sparring.A notable improvement over my last brace like this is the sewing of the laces to the tongue. My last brace was a pain as the lace was constantly requiring re-centering. Not necessary with this one.

The desighn is genius! I love how the strap starts from under the heel inside of the bottom of the brace, goes up and around outside the brace from the top of the ankle brace, then figure 8's around back to the top of the ankle brace. When put on securely it hold the foot and ankle firmly in place! I own the standard ASO ankle brace which is excellent but the EVO is a step up in support big time! And best part its really just a little bit more bulkier than the standard, still fits in all of my sheos no problem at all! The top cuff is thicker cause it has soft plastic but that doesn't effect it being able to fit into sheos.I really can't see a nylon based ankle brace getting any more secure and stable than the EVO. And all the ASO braces are made from tough balistic nylon. These ankles braces are almost too good to be true for the low price.

My husband has one of these for torn CFL and ATFL (ligament at the ankle area) causing him to roll his ankle repeatedly. I tried his before committing and other than it being too large for me, I felt it would work fine. He had another branded one that was not very supportive.Well I transitioned to this brace after my cast came off. It was comfortable and supportive without completely restricting my movement in the foot/ankle area while walking. The only issue I had was when I tried to wear my Sorel winter boots with it. It was too painful around my ankle. I tried to loosen the laces but it still hurt. Wearing shoes or other footwear that did not go over my ankle was fine with this brace. Now my husband wore his brace daily at work. His work shoes and winter work boots both went over his ankle and he did not have any issues with pain.
