Great seed for a dry environment. I've used these for years and it goes well.

So far, so good…
I wanted to regrow grass on a 1400sf tract destroyed by deer in the Texas Hill Country. I first added top soil and tilled the seed (half the bag). Light daily watering was aided in the past month by unusual rainfall. After about 10 days greening began. I then added the remainder of the seed, covered with a light layer of hay and applied a natural fertilizer. A month into the project, the grass has taken hold on the entire area. My only reservation with a 5 star rating pertains to the area coverage, supposedly 1/3 acre. My experience suggests all the seed is needed for my barren 1/10 acre.

complete failure
Do not buy after over 12 hours of work raking the surface and planting in central Texas during the 1st couple weeks of March. Not a single blade of grass came up. So disappointed that I was screwed out of $107 and all the work I put into it. Tried contacting the company and no one responded.

It is growing!!!
I bought some bad grass seed last year so I was on the lookout for something new this year. Everywhere I threw this seed it is coming up. It helps that we have had a lot of rain so far this year. I am pretty sure almost all the seed has sprouted, so I am calling this a win
