Great instructions for bag making, well laid out with clear diagrams of you already have some experience. I would say it's probably not for complete beginners, as it would not be easy to follow without some knowledge.

I got this book this lunchtime after ordering yesterday. I’ve flicked through any read some of the sections.My initial impression is very good. I can see that there’s lots of interesting information and the patterns look nice to make.I didn’t notice the typeface being an issue, I went back to look it’s maybe a bit small but it’s not grey it’s black. It’s a similar size to the typeface on my iPhone when writing this review for a comparison. If that helps.

Great pattern, good instructions and pattern

This is a good comprehensive book on bag making. I have been bag making for a few years but have learnt a couple of new techniques from this book. It also has patterns in and is nicely arranged inside.

Well I didn't find the size of the font awkward as has been previously mentioned! A really lovely book with sone great projects.

I have been making bags for many years but acquired this book for some new ideas & techniques. It delivered for sure. It is informative, a great book for a new bag maker yet her approach & guidance is great for an experienced bag maker as well. I have already picked up some ideas & suggestions. This book also offers patterns - it's always great for some new ideas!

Great book written by a great bag designer. The first half of the book is full of construction details for bag-making basics and ideas on making professional looking bags. The second half is devoted to several project of increasing complexity that will push your skills from 'Beginner' to 'Advanced'. I'll be keeping this in my sewing room as a reference when making my next bag!

Libro lleno de inspiración para principiantes. Soy primeriza en esto de la costura y me resulta muy fácil de seguir las instrucciones mientras me aporta ideas para personalizar mis propios proyectos.

附属の型紙はあるが、肝心の作り方部分の写真がいかんせん少ない。「そこを文章で説明するなら、後2枚は製作途中の写真を載せて」と思うことが多々ある。が、前半部分にまとめられた「テクニック篇」は意外と便利だしバッグ自体のデザインも良いので、バッグ作りが好きな人は持っておくのもいいと思う
