It's only been two days, and I think this is already helping?! I've never found a probiotic that helped me, so I just stopped trying, until recently, when I decided to give it another go. I feel less bloated and less inflammation in general, which is huge for me, and this is the only thing I changed! I hope it continues. The price is a little high, but not compared to some others, and if it works? Well worth it. It also has a citrusy smell, which i was nervous about, but it doesn't cause heartburn or any adverse affects that I've noticed.

I’m only giving it four stars because I’ve only used it for two days… but oh my gosh. I have a really bad eating disorder alongside depression and anxiety so I’ll eat until I feel like I’m going to pop and have like no sensor in my body telling me that I’m full. I took one of these and I didn’t eat for the whole day! even at night when I usually have really bad urges to the point where my stomach hurts and have to go eat. I do have to say it did hurt my stomach a little bit like a soreness on the top of my abdomen. But it wasn’t too much to the point where I wanted to cry, it was just enough to be like yeah I can’t eat right now. not to mention! the smell of these pills! these pills smell yummyyyy. I’m not 100% sure what that smell is but oh my God I want to eat the pills.🤣. They have almost a fruity pineapple smell. Maybe that’s the fruit that I smell if not, I don’t really care because it smell smells good. That’s all that matters🤣. I would recommend Talking to a doctor first to see if this is a good product for you because like I said it makes my stomach hurt a bit so if you have stomach issues already, this might really hurt your stomach. Even a text to your care team in the patient portal would do you some good

I took this for 8 days when I started having extreme pain in my stomach as soon as I ate or drank anything. I couldn't know what the cause was. Two days later I was still having extreme pain and the only new item in my diet anywhere was this. I quit taking it and within 2 days I felt much better, but not perfect. I waited almost 2 weeks before I tried this probiotic again, doing an n=1 experiment. And, 2 days of taking it, extreme pain again. I threw these out this morning. I cannot take that pain.

I have finished the entire 30-day supply, and they suggest 90 days. I'll buy another 30 days to see if any changes occur over a longer period.
